最终用户授权与禁止用途条款

当您（以下简称「使用者」）下载或使用由环球仪器公司（简称「 UIC 」) 所提供之软件或文件（以下简称「本资料」）时，即表示您同意以下条款：

一、授权条款
台达工业股份有限公司授予您一项非专属、不可转让、仅限于合法内部使用之有限授权。

二、禁止之最终用途
除非获得适用的政府出口许可证的授权，否則使用者不得使用、出口、再出口、转让或以其他方式将资料用于以下任何目的：

  • 武器或军事应用之开发、生产、测试或使用；
  • 该资料不得在任何受到全面禁运或制裁的国家或地区使用或为其利益使用，包括但不限于俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、伊朗、北韩、叙利亚和古巴，或任何其他根据适用国际法指定为禁运的地区；
  • 适用法律禁止的任何最終用途。

三、终止条款
若您违反上述任一条款，本授权将可由环球仪器公司立即终止，无须事前通知。

四、准据法
本授权条款应以环球仪器公司注册地法律为准据法，并依其解释
